Westchester Review Writing Contests Deadlines November 30

The Westchester Review is now accepting submissions for our fifth annual “Writers Under 30” contest. The contest is open to writers of fiction and poetry who have a connection to Westchester County and the surrounding area, and are under the age of 30 as of November 30, 2018.

We will award prizes for both fiction and poetry. Winners will receive $100, publication in the upcoming issue, and two copies of the journal. Runners-up will be considered for publication.

The Westchester Review is now accepting submissions for our second annual Flash Fiction contest. We are looking for satisfying and compelling stories of up to 500 words. There are no restrictions on subject, style, or genre. The contest is open to writers who have a connection to Westchester County and the surrounding area.

The winner will receive $100, publication in the upcoming issue, and two copies of the journal. Runners-up will be considered for publication.
